Having a strong sense of self-respect is important if you want to live up to your full potential. A lack of self-respect makes it difficult to develop healthy relationships with many individuals who will be involved in your life. Strangers, as well as friends and relatives will make a determination about your worthiness based on whether your words and actions or worthy of respect. It's near impossible to respect yourself, if you don't accept yourself.
- When you celebrate your uniqueness, you'll respect yourself more.
- Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Look at mistakes as learning experiences.
- Be comfortable in your own skin, learn to love and accept the person that you are.
- Maintain a positive attitude, it can make or break your success in life.
- You must have standards. Maintaining them will help you achieve your goals.
- Trust the decisions you make and be firm in your beliefs.
- Accept constructive feedback and use it to evaluate what you're being told.
- Keep your body healthy in order to feel good physically and mentally.
- Respect the people around you, by being honest,
